Helene Hall has baby Dylan!

Not only have the players and coaches been getting out and about this summer but Dylan Hall, son of Helene Hall MY Coach 2007/8 also popped out!

We love it when our netball ladies get new additions to their families (guaranteed to become netball addicts), but this little baby is almost an off-season dream for netballer Helene. After the end of last season, Helene managed to keep playing for her Norfolk club Thoroughbreds for nearly the entire season and with an early arrival, baby Dylan has allowed his Mum to think about getting ready for season 2008/9!

Amanda Newton stirs up a Storm

The ex-England Captain has been doing lots of coaching in and around her home area as well as getting about for presentations and events. Here she is celebrating with Storm Netball Club in Hertfordshire.

Jo Munnion at MK Netters End of Season Presentation

Jo Munnion went across to MK Netters End of Season Presentation and had a great time handing out trophies and dancing! "It is great to see successful clubs developing players and coaches" said MY Head Coach Jo. Mavericks enjoys supporting clubs in and around the East Region.

Mavericks Youth and Talent 2 Player Josie Huckle at Peterborough High School!

Josie completed a short speech about her life as a netball player and then helped to hand out lots of awards for the netballers at the school. These events can be quite intimidating for young players but Josie took it all in her stride and enjoyed speaking to the group.
