Netball East & Mavericks Celebrate Mark!

Regional Goalden Globe Winner Mark Booth enjoyed watching the Mavericks versus Leeds match last week end and was presented with a small memento to acknowledge his achievement by Gloria Keech, Chair Mavericks at half time in front of the packed crowd.

Mark has worked extremely hard for the young players in his care and Mavericks were proud to recognise Mark and pleased that he came to the match.

Also present at the West Midlands Warriors and Leeds match were the current Netball East Regional Academy. They were working on their knowledge of the game through observation tasks set by Sue Collins (Regional Talent Coach) and Sarah Bellamy (Regional Manager).
This young group of players are aspiring to one day earn a place on either the Mavericks Youth and/or Mavericks squad and are currently working hard in their region to develop their skills.
