CAPS Clubs invited as Ball Girls!

A letter from the Chair of Mavericks has gone out this week to all CAPS accredited Clubs with junior sections across the East Region... could your club be stewards and ball girls at a Mavericks match?

Another season fast approaches and we are very much looking forward to the challenges a new season brings and a determination to achieve another successful season in the Co-operative Netball SuperLeague Competition. We are also delighted that Mavericks Youth will be taking part in the Netball Talent League and you will be able to see them in action in their fixtures also.

The Mavericks team brings together personnel from across the East Region, and this is where you come in; home matches are played at the Hertfordshire Sports Village at University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield, and we are again looking for Ball Girls and Stewards to assist at matches from CAPS accredited clubs across the East Region. Are any of the youngsters from your junior section interested in coming to any of our home matches to act as Ball Girls, together with any adults prepared to act as Stewards?

Obviously Mavericks get lots of interest for these roles and so all requests must be received by 8th November 2009. CAPS clubs will be allocated according to availability, location (across the region) and whether they have previously been ball girls and stewards.
