Coach's Christmas Gift

New Mavericks Technical Coach 09/10 Jo Webb (nee Munnion) made it to the bench for the first matches of the season against Celtic Dragons and Leeds Carnegie although she was waddling just a little bit as she was due to pop on Sunday 20th December...

On the evening of Wednesday 16th December Jo and Paul welcomed a new Mavericks fan to the world, Lana Webb (apparently she doesn't have a choice). A healthy 8lbs 7oz and 'looking forward to getting along to a home match soon' said proud new Mum.

'Everybody was joking about having towels ready on Monday night at the Sky game but I was convinced she would be late... When it all kicked off on early Wednesday morning, I must admit I thought about all those comments'

Jo has been working with Mavericks as part of the developing coaching team. Although she will be busy for a while we hope to see her back bouncing around the sidelines in the Spring sometime.
