1. Fiat Netball Super League

1.1 All Fiat Netball SuperLeague (FNSL) tickets are sold by the home team unless otherwise stated. Mavericks sells tickets for all of its home matches and home Play Off matches; they are not available to purchase from the venue.

1.2 All Mavericks home matches are held at the Hertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EU, www.hertssportsvillage.co.uk or any other stated venue.

1.3 A child's ticket can be purchased for children up to and including sixteen years old. Students and OAP's should be ready to provide proof of status if required. The junior group offer price is valid for a group of ten juniors gaining one free adult ticket. Season tickets admit the holder to all home league matches and identified special events.

1.4 Confirmation of all ticket bookings will be sent by email. All booked tickets will be sent out in the post or be available for collection on the match day at the venue from the Mavericks Ticket Desk (not the Hertfordshire Sports Village Reception).

1.5 Please be aware that fixtures may be subject to changes due to television coverage and unforeseen circumstances. If any changes occur Mavericks will inform all ticket buyers as quickly as possible.

1.6 There is a £1.00 postage and transaction fee for each purchase.

2. Future Information

2.1 For all ticket purchases, supporters are given the option of receiving future information. There is a statement on the ticket booking form "Mavericks Netball may from time to time send you information regarding the team and netball activities. If you do not wish to receive this information please tick this box." and also when booking tickets through PayPal there is an option to receive future information.

2.2 If you would like to be added or removed from this list please Join our mailing list or for more details of matches, tickets and future events!

2.3 We are obligated by law to offer an opt out clause, and you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Mavericks is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its website visitors. This website does not collect any personal information from your computer when you browse the site, other than details explicitly provided by you. We will use this information only for the purpose of periodic news announcements and/or to process your purchases.

3.2 We will never sell or divulge any of your personal data to any third party organisation without your prior permission.

4. This Website

4.1 This website is owned and operated by Hertfordshire Mavericks. If you choose to order any products from us, we, Hertfordshire Mavericks, will be the contracting party.

4.2 The terms and conditions set out below will govern your use of the Hertfordshire Mavericks website and any transactions entered into between you and us. Accordingly, you should read them carefully and ensure you understand and agree to them before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.3 We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should therefore check them whenever you place an order.

4.4 These terms and conditions shall not affect your statutory rights.

5 Placing Orders

5.1 All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Hertfordshire Mavericks. Acceptance of your order by us will take place when we dispatch your order to you.

5.2 When you place an order on our website we will email you acknowledgement of your order and debit the card you have chosen to pay with unless we agree in our absolute discretion to accept an alternative payment method. This will not, however, constitute acceptance of your order by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability.

5.3 Except as entitled under statute, once you have placed an order, you will not be able to make any changes.

2.4 Prices may change without notice, but the price quoted on the website at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

5.5 All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.6 With the exception of match tickets, you may cancel your order for any item purchased on this website and receive a full refund (excluding costs in respect of postage and packaging). To do so, you must:

5.6.1 advise us by e-mail or post within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

5.6.2 take reasonable care of the item(s); leaving all item(s) intact. The item(s) should be returned in originally packaging.

5.6.3 return the item(s) to us as soon as possible but certainly within 14 days. When returning an item, please include the reason for return. Please ensure you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from the Post Office. Hertfordshire Mavericks does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you to return your items using recorded delivery. Proof of postage and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the items are faulty.

5.6.4 No refunds can be given for match tickets unless the tickets are returned to Room 253, St. Loyes House, 20 St. Loyes Street, Bedford, MK40 1ZL and have been received by the Monday before the match.

6 Miscellaneous

6.1 All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy the website or any part of it or use it for any purpose other than for the consideration of and purchase of our products.

6.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to detect and destroy any viruses and other forms of malicious software but will not be liable for any damage to any computer arising as a result of such viruses or other malicious software.

6.3 You will be solely responsible for ensuring the security of any of your passwords. 3.4 Except as provided below the total liability of Hertfordshire Mavericks arising in contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the value of the order to which such liability relates or £100 whichever is the greater.

6.5 These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6.6 Each of these terms and conditions shall be construed separately and independently of the others and the validity of any one term or condition shall not affect the validity of any other.

6.7 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by applicable law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.8 Neither you nor we shall be responsible for delays or failure to perform any of our obligations herein (other than payment obligations) resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control. Such acts shall include, but shall not be limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact, fire, communication line failures, power failure, earthquakes or other disasters.

6.9 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
