Welcome to the Ultimate Netball Club

23rd December 2019

Head Coach of the Vitality Roses Jess Thirlby has named her 14 strong squad that will compete in the highly anticipated Vitality Netball Nations cup in January 2020.

The England side, which will be captained by Natalie Haythornthwaite, will meet world champions New Zealand, Jamaica and South Africa during the series, which will take place in Nottingham, Birmingham and London across four thrilling days of action.

The Vitality Roses, who recently defeated South Africa in a three-match test series in Cape Town, will be playing on home soil for the first time since the Vitality Netball World Cup which took place in Liverpool earlier this year.

Thrilled at the announcement this morning our Director of Netball Kat Ratnapala said "I am totally thrilled for George, Kadeen & Razia to be given the opportunity to represent the England Roses and compete against New Zealand, South Africa & Jamaica in January's Nation Cup"

"Also so pleased for Chloe, Gabby & Georgia to have an opportunity to play in 3 International matches with England A. Is a huge honour and we are incredibly proud of these 6 players who will put on England dresses and take on top International squads before the start of our Vitality Netball Superleague season at the end of February"
